  • Do You Have a Story to Share?

We’re inviting storytellers to step into the spotlight and share their 5-minute story at Wishful: A Storytelling Open Mic & Fundraiser for Gaza. Whether it’s a wish that came true or a dream that set you on a new path, your story can inspire others.

    How to Participate

When you purchase your ticket, simply check the box that says "I have a story" to express your interest in becoming a storyteller. We’ll reach out with further details on how to prepare and secure your spot on stage.

    Story Theme: "Wishful"

Prepare a 5-minute story about a time when you were filled with longing or hope. Whether you wished for a person, a place, an opportunity, or just a moment in time. Did your wish come true, or did it lead you to something even better? Tell us how that dream led you here and what you learned along the way.

    Storyteller Priority

To honor the stories of Gaza, priority will be given to storytellers with roots in the Levant (Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, and surrounding regions). This ensures that we uplift and highlight stories from communities deeply connected to the cause we’re supporting.

  • If you're not sharing a story on the stage, that's ok too! We welcome listeners and learners in our audience. That said - the magic of our spaces come from everyone in the room. Be ready to engage in conversation with your fellow attendees.
